Tool registration

With spreadsheet simplicity – tool offsets, tilt, shape, life etc. – all the tool data Required to cut a part can be registered here.
Since the registered tool data is also used by Okuma auto programming (Advanced One-Touch IGF) and collision check function (Collision Avoidance System), This screen will complete the entire registering process

Simply press a function key to see Touch Setter status when a tool contacts the Touch Setter and do an Auto Tool Offset operation

Part programming not required to do this.


Zero offsets

A simple function key operation is all it takes to shift a zero offset to either the left or Right end of a work piece. The required zero offset will be calculated automatically Based on jaw and work piece lengths.

 

Easy tool change

Single-block command

All data related to a tool number (tool change, offset, tool orientation etc.) is registered and can be assembled in a single block command.

Tool change is even easier by selecting the next tool from the tool list and pressing a function key (tool number input not required).
