Our European headquarters are situated in Krefeld, Germany, conveniently located near Duesseldorf International Airport and Germany’s largest industrial region known as the Ruhrgebiet. Our 100 employees are putting every effort into supporting our 30 official dealers all over Europe to contribute to Okuma’s success.Through close cooperation with our distributors we handle customers’ needs and are able to come up with the most economic solution for any machining problem. For this purpose we have set up a modern showroom, training centres, meeting rooms and the latest communication systems for our partners and customers.Our experienced technicians are trained for efficient troubleshooting on a 24-hour service base. In addition an extensive stock on hand is kept in Krefeld to provide spare parts quickly. We at Okuma believe that a solid support base is the key to success.We are proud to call Krefeld the home of Okuma expertise in Europe. |
