LB3000 EX

The acquisition of a high precision work has led us search for an accurate and fast machine. The choice fell on a Hard Turning OKUMA LB3000 EX lathe with linear scales and resolution of 0.1 micron, which allows us the turning of 62 HRC hardened parts with tolerances of 5 micron. The excellent results have confirmed our choice.

MU-400VA

Thanks to the 5 axis OKUMA MU-400VA with a 48 toll ATC we can solve most problems related to complex geometry featured with high accuracy. MU-500VA-L

We wanted to invest in a new generaton five-axis machining center with turning function, which is extremely rigid and dynamic for quick movement and high-speed tool manufacturing. With the OKUMA MU-500VA-L machining center, we obtain improved surface conditions, precision and tool wear. Nearly 90 to 95% of the machining is in milling, the turning is a plus, and it offers such a time savings.

GENOS L200E-M

The GENOS L200E-M has replaced three NC lathes of the old generation, rendering the same performance with only one operator. Compared to the older machines and equipment, both set-up times and operating times could be reduced by 50%. We purchased the machine by the end of 2010. Since then, no malfunction or failure has occured; all in all, the machine has been down for general maintenance work for just three hours.

MULTUS B200

With the Multus we save time and workforce. Before we had to machine on a lathe and a machining center, which meant 2 operators. Now only one operator machines the whole workpiece on one machine. In example, for aeronautics’ steel rings we reduced operating time from 55 to 35 hours, a gain of more than 35%.
